Our K-Five worship offers students in Kindergarten through 5th grade their own worship service complete with energetic music and a Biblically based, age-appropriate, relevant message. After worship (large group), the students return to their classrooms (small group) to discuss and creatively review the message from worship.
Curriculum: "252 Basics." Please visit 252basics.org for information on this curriculum.
K-Five Worship takes place every Sunday morning.
Coming up in K-Five Worship:
May: We will be learning about the virtue of patience, which is waiting until later for what you want now. Our memory verse is: “The end of a matter is better than its beginning. So it’s better to be patient than proud.” Ecclesiastes 7:8, NIrV
June: We will be learning about the virtue of responsibility, which is showing that you can be trusted with what is expected of you. Our memory verse is: “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” Luke 16:10a, NIV
July: We will be learning about the virtue of service, which is lending a hand to help someone else. Our memory verse is: “Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men.” Ephesians 6:7, NIV
August: We will be learning about the virtue of peace, which is proving that you care more about others than winning an argument. Our memory verse is: “So let us do all we can to live in peace. And let us work hard to build each other up.” Romans 14:19 NIrV
