Share Group Updates

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Peace be to you. I had a ‘Closest to Christ’ moment recently and wanted to share it with you. After some effort and with God’s help and guidance, I was able to link a guy to a share group. I received so much from God. I gave some time, but God blessed me so much more. I felt close to Christ when I learned the guy and his group met for the first time. God is good.

I need your help. I’m new to this job. What I’ve learned is that it would be great to keep our records about our share groups as fresh as possible. Both Margie Hamler and I ask that when there is a change in your share group, please let us know. I plan to have Share Group
Update Sheets at every Gathering. In the meantime, if you haven’t updated your information recently, please contact me at wjulm@yahoo.com with your information.

Thanks so much for your kind attention to this request. I hope the Yahoo server blows up because of all the updates I will receive.

Blessings, grace and Decolores,
Bill Ulm

The Kitchen Corner

Another year full of excitement and promise has started. We have four new Leads in the Kitchen, three of whom are returning from last year. There is also a great mix of experience. We have tweaked menus and schedules and started gathering our own supplies through generous donations (we now have serving spoons and forks, glassware
for baking and baskets for snacks and rolls). This should save some wear and tear on the church’s equipment.

There are still plenty of opportunities to volunteer. Saturday and Sunday we are full of fun-loving volunteers who help prepare and serve all three meals. Friday breakfast has plenty of volunteers as well, but Friday lunch (11-2) is light and we really need some help Friday afternoon (2-4) and evening (4-7). These times have been
the hardest slots to fill because of outside distractions. We would love for you to volunteer. The sign up sheets are available in the Kitchen and at every Gathering. Come join us! It is a lot fun and a great way to let the Pilgrims know that the hands and feet of our Lord are there working for them.

Just sign up and show up, we’ll take it from there!

He lives!!
